PRIVACY TERMS & CONDITIONS

The personal information entered in forms will be used and processed by VIVERE A SIENA in accordance with the principles of privacy protection, set:

- EC Directive 95/46 and Law 675/96 for the protection of personal data;
- EC Directive 97/66 and Legislative Decree 171/98 for the protection of privacy in telecommunications;
- EC Directive 97 / 7 and Legislative Decree 185/99 on the protection of consumers in distance contracts.

VIVERE A SIENA acquires data in the performance of services, with appropriate procedures to protect confidentiality.
The treatment consists on the collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, editing, selection, extraction, comparison, use, dissemination, cancellation, distribution, interconnection, and anything else useful for the execution of its services, including two or more of the above activities, this treatment is executed with the following conditions and purposes:

1. Collection and storage of personal data with the aim to provide services, to check the authenticity and to provide judicial authorities with information that may be required;
2. Collection, storage and processing of personal data for administrative and accounting purposes, including any e-mail transmission of commercial invoices;
3. Processing of personal data and information obtained during visits to and surfing on the sites of VIVERE A SIENA with the purpose of defining the profile and (only if requested by the judicial authorities) to trace the telephone and the computer that connected to the server;
4. Submission of data to private individuals or corporations only after express consent;
5. Transmission of a possible free newsletter only after express consent;
6. Provision of free or paid membership which has been expressly made??;
7. Use of data and profile for the purpose of promotion and marketing of VIVERE A SIENA;
8. Use of data and profile for the purpose of promotion and marketing carried out by VIVERE A SIENA for third parties.

WE REQUIRE ONLY INFORMATION strictly necessary to provide the service.

IN NO CASE (except those established by law and those caused by use of the services Google Analytics) provide third parties with personal information of our users.

The processing of data for the purposes above will take place primarily by automated and computerized procedures, in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security required by law. The data will be processed by VIVERE A SIENA, under their own responsibility.
The provision of personal data is optional.
Refusal to consent to treatment for the purposes mentioned above in points 1), 2) 3) 4) 5) 6), however, involves the impossibility of identification to access certain services, including technical support required to shipping and receiving of quotes / offers.
The refusal of consent for the purposes set out in points 7) and 8) above will not have any negative consequences regarding registration.

Please consider that, according to art. 13 of Law 675/96, in relation to the processing of personal data the subject shall have the right to:
Know, through free access to the contents of the register under Article 13, paragraph 1, subparagraph (a) of Law 675/96, the existence of personal data concerning him;

To be informed of:
a) Name, title, company name, address, residence and headquarters of the owner of the
b) Aims and methods of treatment
c) Name, title, company name domicile of the controller
d) To obtain from the owner or manager without delay:
d1) The confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and communication in intelligible form of the data and their origin, and the logic and purposes on which the treatment is based
d2) The cancellation and the transformation in anonymous form of data processed unlawfully, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed
d3) the updating, rectification or integration of data
d4) certification that the operations mentioned in items 3.2. and 3.3. have been notified, also as regards their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the protected right.
d5) To oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him or even to the scope of the collection.
d6) To oppose, in whole or in part, the processing of personal data concerning him, for purposes of commercial information or sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or interactive commercial communication and to be informed by the owner, not later than the time in which the data are communicated or disclosed the possibility of freely exercising this right.
For each request referred to in paragraph 1, letter c) number 1) may be requested to, if not confirmed the existence of data concerning him, a charge not exceeding the costs actually incurred, in the manner and within the limits set by the regulation referred to in Article 33, paragraph 3.
The rights referred to in paragraph 1 in relation to personal data concerning deceased persons may be exercised by anyone who is interested. In exercising the rights referred to in paragraph 1 subject may grant, in writing, delegate or proxy to physical persons or associations.
